This was one of the most amazing memories from my trip to Tanzania: Thanksgiving. Darryl, two of his Peace Corps friends, Max and Rob, and a few students from Darryl’s school joined us for a FEAST: stuffing, chicken, rabbit, onion rings, and cranberry sauce were all served. An amazing meal and something special to share with the kids.
